[Steppes] archery practice

Aye and the weather gods appear to favor us thus far.  The sky appears clear and the air crisp.  Ideal weather to send arrows flying toward the target.  There shall be archery at 10 am daylight savings time.

Seeing as Lord Jacques the Spink has the archery equipment, I will defer the

decision on whether or not to hold practice in the morning to him. Thus far,

the weather is a lot better than was anticipated a day or two ago, but who
knows what tonight will bring. Certainly the weather forecasters do not.
