[Steppes] rattan order

He could be.  This the guy who hangs out with Captain Jamie of By Your Hand, 
Morgan?  Guy from up north.  If so he was at Gulf, had some really sweet 
1.25" milled, super straight stuff that I picked up for swords.  Really, 
really light.  Wanted to pick up a few more staves, but by the time I 
managed to get back to his booth he'd long since sold out.
