Just so you know, I and another are already set to do Artisan 2005. More
details will be released later.
There are 2 rules for success:
1. Never tell all you know.

Subject: [Steppes] Want to steward Artisan?

Greeting Steppes -
At the past buisness meeting our Seneschal, Baron, and Baroness made a plea
to hear from people who had not stewarded an event before. Though there is
certainly a drop dead steward - they are eager to hear interest from other
parties and especially those needing experience. Artisan is a good event to
start with, and even if you arnt awarded the bid you've tried to help the
Barony and let people know that you could be interested in doing a future
event.
To that end I have created a basic bid for Artisan - including the required
information and some helpful hints and considerations for running the event.
This includes a planning calander, budget, and a list of when forms are due
to which officer.
Even if you are not interested in stewarding Artisan - its a good idea to
start familiarizing yourself with the bid process and how to run an event.
Keep it in mind for Fall Court and for 12th Night.
Contact me off list (philipwhite at hotmail.com) if you're interested or would
like some advice on running an event.
~Philip White
