[Steppes] Reports due to the Chronicler

Please send your reports, practice time changes, submissions for this month
etc. Please remember the due date for such is midnight on the 21st of each
month.

There was no July issue of the SL due to major computer problems. The August
issue will contain both the July and August reports, both Du'ad Bob reviews,
etc. Those of you with subscriptions will receive the total of 12 issues,
either by your subscription being extended one month, or by an A&S issue
being published. I have not yet determined which of these options will be
done.

In other news, viruses are bad. Viruses and combinations of the restore
folder on Windows Xp are bad. New hard drives and back-up CD's are good.
