[Steppes] Rules for the Sotelte contest?

What are they?

Will the kitchen be available?

If the kitchen is open, HOW open is it? Can we cook in it? Can we do last 
minute assembly and clean-up?

How is the judging going to work?

Is it period stuff only, or in a style appropriate to period? (Since 
chocolate as something you eat, rather than drink, didn't come in until 
after the American Civil War, and His Excellency has requested chocolate, 
you can see the difficulties....)

And anything else you can think of that might be useful.
