red devil is a brand of lye, i dont know about any toilet cleaners. I can 
find crystal lye, but not the liquid. all of the recipes i have recommend 
the liquid.

I had a recipe for soapmaking (before my computer crashed) that said you 
could use Red Devil toilet cleaner.  It went on to sy that it is 100% lye.  
I haven't looked myself when I went to the grocery store....I always seem to 
forget to look.

If you look, could you tell me if this is true?
