[Steppes] A quickie shoulder update

This is far from concrete, but I got pretty good news at Physical Therapy yesterday.  My range of motion, the first indicator of recovery speed, at 4 days after surgery is where they expect a normal patient to be at 3 weeks after surgery.  The physical therapist said that patients he sees recovering at this rate are often at fully recovered strength and endurance, cleared by physicians to engage in any activity, at 3 months.  It's always nice to have goals.  :)
