[Steppes] OT - Stolen Truck; please keep an eye out!

I think he means the person that previously owned the truck before the
dealership got a hold of it. Whether it was a trade in or repo or buy back
lease.

Unless it was a demo truck and the only owner the truck had was them.

But yeah, I have to agree, sounds like an inside job. :(
