[Steppes] Feast at 12th Night

I think it was an honest mistake by someone who wants to come to the 12th Night Feast, but went to the web site AFTER the 15th, and got a "sold out" message. She was very disappointed, and after thinking about it for a minute, I thought it might be the 15th deadline that confused her.
 
So, that might be an issue with other folks, who aren't necessarily on the Steppes list, but are interested in coming to the event.
 
Phew! I haven't got my tickets yet, either!!! :-)
