Greetings!

One week from tomorrow is our wonderful event! Today (12/31/04) is the last
day to use ACCEPS to register so be sure to do so if you need to!

Site tokens are here and need to have ribbon tied to them; we will be
bringing them to the Joint fighter practice this sunday to try and get some
help on tying them; many hands make light work!

Our website has been updates with information on both Eistedfodd and our
feast menu : http://www.steppes.org/12thnight/

We are still looking for volunteers! Please help!

For those that don't have regular web access here is all the information
once again. Should you have further questions please feel free to contact
us!

We invite and encourage everyone to include a masque in your dress as your
favorite folk tale character. This does not mean your standard Halloween
garb you used a couple of months ago, but rather what a person in period
would have worn to portray the character. The garb would be period style
garb and fabrics, but either cut and sewn or decorated as could be in
period.

There will be a contest for the best Man's, Woman's, and children's costumes
that best portray their folk tale. Also, in keeping with the theme, the
table decorating contest will be judged based on the one that best supports
the folk tale they have chosen and dressed for!!!

Lady Liadan Bregh and Count Gunthar Jonsson will prepare an exciting and
delicious feast! Feast fee for adults: $8, feast fee for children under 12:
$4, under 4 will be free. Feast is limited to 300. Prepaid feast
reservations are strongly recommended. Please send separate check for feast
only (do not include site fee). Make all checks payable to SCA, Inc., Barony
of the Steppes. Mail to Lady Elin the Timid (Kelly Erickson) at the address
listed below. Please contact Feast Stewards with dietary or culinary
concerns.

Site fee for members (must show current SCA membership card) is $7. Site fee
for non-member adults will be $10. Site fee for children 13-17 will be $5,
6-12 will be $4, and children under 6 are free. Family Max will be $25.
