It seems everytime we find an incredible little privately owned  resturaunt 
they get crowded out of business by some mediocore chain, so...

If you live or work near Carrollton and like Sushi, please go and check out 
Carrollton Sushi, they are located at 2150 N Josey Lane # 322 over there by 
Albertsons etc.

Duncan brought me home probably the best sushi I have had in years, making 
Tokyo one taste in comparison like plastic food.
