Greetings unto the Populace of the Barony of the Steppes,

It is my distinct pleasure and honor to announce that you have a new Virtual 
Scribe to administrate the Steppes website. Congratulations goes to Milord 
Matthew (formally Tolan). We offer our thanks and appreciate to all past 
virtual scribes of the Steppes website and look forward to the continuation 
and improvement of the beauty and standards that have been set.

In addition I have appointed your new list managers who will be separate 
from this office as it is not an office at all and requires no reporting. 
Across the Kingdom there is no set standard for who gets this appointment 
other than they are a paid member in good standing  and someone willing to 
take it on indefinitely. :)

Morgan and Alasdair will be your List Admins.
