[Steppes] Kindergarten of Heralds / Open Library on April 19

I am starting a monthly heraldry / open library evening at Serena 's and my
house.  It will be a monthly meeting, for:

a. heraldic commentary,
b. help documenting and submitting names, devices and badges,
c. general open library session.

If you are interested in helping, being helped, or just hanging around,
