[Steppes] Gameboard Project - fabric painting question

The ghost of Branwyn says Decca brand paint is great.  But then again,
she used latex paint as well (but then again, it was Branwyn).  I've
always had great results with Decca too, and it's fairly easy to find
(Michael's, Binder's, etc.).

Now, if anyone has sources for wax resists and cheapish linen or cotton,
I'll all ears.
