No, I'm not back from the UK.  I'm in Scotland in a little village called Saint Fillans that is about 25 miles from the Gleneagles Hotel.  We were in the Edinburgh train station on Sunday and saw many of the protesters with their placards and such.  My mother and a friend of hers had been visiting here in Scotland for two weeks and took the train to London for a couple of days of sightseeing; thank goodness their flight home from London was on Wednesday.  And police are EVERYWHERE.  All of the roads to Auchterarder (where the hotel is) are closed and guarded by police.  We've been told there are 200 US Marines in a hotel in Crieff (about 12 miles away between St Fillans and Gleneagles).  British television is pretty bad on a regular basis, but there has been nothing but continuous coverage about the bombings since this morning.  You've probably seen pictures of the double decker bus that was bombed.  The police say everyone on board was killed, but they don't know how many people
 there were, so those numbers are not in the death toll yet.
