Well, since the first award most of our youth would get is a Rising Star we 
could go with Guild of the Oaken Star. :)

Tokens could be a wood star, and if possible from Oak.

A while ago we did have a youth organization. It was called the Academy of 
the Young Wolves. You could always revive that group name.
