[Steppes] Can you pass a message to Duncan?

Greetings!

I know that Duncan was living there in November, but not sure if he still 
is.  I've dropped him and Kitty both emails, but not sure they'll see them 
in time.  If they are still there, could you ask Duncan to give me a call 
tonight or tomorrow afternoon?  Their cell-phone appears to be turned off 
right now.
