[Steppes] HL Gabrielle looking for pet legal advice

We are back now.  Please contact us if you have heard of situations like this
before and what recourse was taken.  To make a long story short, one of our 2
Yorkies is gone due to 'slip leashes' and no fenced in walking area.  We
kenneled them while we were away at Gulf Wars.  We are devastated and want to
have an idea what we should discuss with the vet tomorrow.
