[Steppes] Congrats and all that jazz!!

Go out to his Grace Miguel, Vicar of Steppes, and to Don Brendan for their
excellent fighting prowess that carried the day at the Rose Tourney this
past weekend and secured the titles of Defenders of the Rose.

In fact it was the 2nd time for Don Brendan to earn that title, so he is 2
for 2, although I do believe he shared the first one with Count Simon.

Anyway, that's two more victories for the home Barony of
Steppes...Hoo-rah.or however those marine types like to say it *LOL*
