[Steppes] Funeral arrangements for Lazarus Dragonrider

The funeral for Robert Bibb (Lord Lazarus Dragonrider) will be
held Wednesday at 11:00 am, (about 12 hourse from now, as I'm
writing this) at the First United Methodist Church, at 9th and
Avenue B in Garland.

I apologize for the late notice, but I just found out myself.
