[Steppes] Seeking Event Site Help

I write to you all today in hopes that someone might have a tip or a lead 
on a site that the Canton of Lindenwood might use for our Masked Ball this 
year. The site must be very inexpensive, as in between $0-$200 max. It 
must accomodate at least 100 people. It must be available on June 25 from 
mid-afternoon to late evening, something like 1pm to 11pm or so.

We have tried all the facilities the City of Irving has, and I've looked 
into the Irving Arts Center, but they want too much money even after 
discounts for our non-profit status. I haven't been able to find 
equivalent facilities in Grand Prairie or Coppell, and I have checked with 
Lewisville, but their rooms are reserved.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated. We do have a space reserved 
already, but we were only able to get it for a few hours, and I feel we 
need to be able to get in before the start of the event to set up, which 
we can not with our currently reserved location. If worse comes to worse, 
we will go with what we have, but I'd like to explore all options first.
