Yes - it is a pot luck, and an extra folding table or two might come
in handy as well.

Would any one (or two)  be willing to bring some paper plates, cups,
napkins and sporks for the group?

bardic complete with bardic fire
courtly dancing 
home made beer on tap
pot-luck foods  (this includes bucket of KFC or the like for the time
or cooking challanged)
