This is good advice for all groups. Please pass this along to all
your groups so that they also do the same thing.

As Kingdom virtual scribe I am on way too many mailing lists. This
is the first one I have seen like this having to do with those not
registered.

This is an essential thing to do especially if your group does not
have the numbers to get land and will need to make other plans.

If you are pre-registered for GW, please send me your names (SCA and
modern),  size of tent, size of other structures (pavilions) you
plan to bring and when  you are arriving.  I need to forward a list
to our Regional land coordinator.

If you are not pre-registered and are planning to go, send me the
above  information as well.  I will attempt to get more land!
