[Steppes] populace

What I suspect has happened, is that the information from John and 
Catalina's populace in February has not been changed by the V-Scribe...do we 
even have one at this time?

I am assuming that the meeting is at HL Saqra's and will plan on being there 
tomorrow night. Perhaps our Seneschal or either the Baron or Baroness would 
like to confirm this.

Isn't populace this week...tomorrow. I thought it was supposed to be at HL
