The Society Seneschal issued a policy change last year that Rabies 
certificates are no longer required and no longer need to be checked at 
Gate/Troll. This info was published in the Black Star and various
e-lists.

Note: Coggins checks are still in place for the Equestrians. This has
not 
changed.
