We will need rope and 'posts' to help section off the equestrian area
from archery/heavy lists.  
 
Also a water keg for the equestrian folk.  Our own pavillion, a table
for list misteressing.  
I will be sending out a word for hands shortly.  If I think of anything
else I'll e-mail you ASAP.
 
Also, We need a large amount of space based on our jousting regs.  I do
not want issues with archery, but we really need our lane.
