[Steppes] coloring contest at populace

Just a reminder that the SteppesLetter coloring contest will be judged
tomorrow at populace.  Bring your single best entry to be judged
anonymously by the populace.

There will be separate children's and adult's winners.  I will also be
giving a prize for my personal favorite.  Each winner will receive a
hand-made basket.
