And I happen to know that there were still a few knives left in the drawer 
that I didn't get to.  So there!

Thanks again for the lesson in hulwa.  I might not be able to eat much of it 
myself, but it is good and very good (AND anything that let's me add 
pistachio as a "well, maybe I need to reconsider" nut variant makes it even 
better!)
