[Steppes] July 4th - Fighting, Fireworks, and BBQ

No it is NOT on the 3rd.

It is the 4th, just as the subject line states in the original message.

The 3rd is the Joint War practice.

The 4th is another fighter practice with the plan to:
    Enjoy the park and each other
    Those who wish to fight, get in armor
    Eat BBQ from Sonny Bryan
    Watch Fire Works display from the park that night.

Come early to ensure a good spot, especially for parking.
Bring your what you wish to drink and if you wish to take part in the BBQ
    need know who many and which type of menu choice you wish to enjoy.
