[Steppes] Oak Tree Banner Poles

If all the parts can be found, I will be at Artisan and will put it  
together. Each pole should have a set of limbs kept together on a "U" bolt with  the 
pipe washer spacers and nuts to conect it together. There should also be a  
hook with each set for the baner pole. I'm not sure what the size of bolt I used  
at the top of each pole,  but the extra nuts were also the same size as the  
"U" bolts.
