[Steppes] budget info - Steppes Officers

To all officers of the Steppes (and anyone who expects to use Steppes funds 
in 2006):

I need a detailed budget (with specific expenses, i.e. stamps, copies, duct 
tape... with estimated costs) in writing from each of you by the end of 
August in order to prepare the budget for next year. Email is fine. We need 
a chance to review the budget before sending it on to my regional by October 
1.

For any guild heads or other members of the Barony who believe you have a 
legitimate expense to be added to the budget, please forward that 
information to the appropriate officer (i.e. loaner gear expenses to the 
Knight Marshal).
