[Steppes] Archery Practice 09/18

I was hoping to have a practice this coming sunday, but have just gotten my 
work schedule for next week and in order to go to Elfsea, I am working the 
next five nights. I just don't see being functional on Sunday morning and I 
do need one day off. Elfsea is having a practice Sunday, too so if you are 
dying to shoot, look them up, as I am cancelling Steppes Practice at this 
time.
