Position Title:
Seasonal Lacerte Technical Support Agent - Systems BU/FU:

Primary Responsibilities:
Summary:
This associate will work under direct supervision to answer telephone or
written on-line inquiries from customers regarding questions and issues
concerning company products. Additionally, they will analyze and resolve
computer software and hardware issues and recommend solutions to the
customer.
Key Responsibilities:
? Using utmost courtesy, politeness and professionalism resolves customer
issues and technical problems optimally utilizing available resources during
the initial customer contact.
? Demonstrates call management skills in guiding the customer and
troubleshooting the issue.
? Effectively handles customer calls and quality database entry
simultaneously.
? Fosters a good team environment by maintaining positive working
relationships with team members.
Qualifications:
Key Qualifications:
? Minimum 2+ years of college coursework, 4 year degree is preferred
(accounting, business, math or science majors are a plus) or equivalent
experience.
? Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
? Basic understanding of small business concepts and processes.
? Income tax experience/knowledge is a big plus.
? Ability to work flexible hours required during peak season (i.e.:
November-April).
? One year of customer service or technical support experience, in a call
center environment, preferred.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
