[Steppes] ALERT! Nov. Populace on the 18th!

An error was made on the Steppes website.  

November populace meeting is at Robin and Serena's on the 18th, NOT the 25th.

December populace meeting is at their Graces, Miguel and Conal's, on the 16th,
NOT the 23rd.

This is the schedule as announced at the last two Business meetings.
