[Steppes] prepaid 12th Night reservations

The deadline for mailing in a check was 12/20/2005.
However I believe there are at least 60 feasts still
avialble to be sold at Gate. At this point, Lord David
ben Leon may be the only person who has an exact
accounting. And you are not required to buy feast to
attend.
