A clarification:  HL Francesca Sansovino is the Steppes Warlord
bookkeeper, not an exchequer.  She is keeping track of what is spent.
 If you spend budgeted, pre-approved money for Steppes Warlord,
Francesca needs that number immediately, by email.  Do not give her
receipts, just numbers.

The Steppes Treasurer is the person who handles Steppes
reimbursements, i.e., writes checks (countersigned by the Steppes
Seneschal).  That is the person to whom you need to give receipts
(along with proper cash disbursement paperwork) for any pre-approved
expense on behalf of anything for the Barony.  The Steppes Financial
Committee pre-approves expenses.  Pre-approval is necessary for any
reimbursement.
