Greetings to the Barony of the Steppes

For those who don't know me I am Torquil Seamus MKA Shawn Willey.
I am a potter by trade in our great Barony of the Steppes and now your new
Quartermaster, as such I have a simple request that anyone who has a need to
get into the locker that you give me at least 3 days advance notice as it
will be easier for every one.
Last minute request like 10pm on a friday may not get answered as I myself
might be going to or at an event, so with notice I can at least make
arrangements to get what you may need.
On that note I will be inventoring the locker and getting requests in to
replace any worn out Items, also the tubs /containers we have will be
inventoried and a inventory list will be placed on them so everyone can see
what the contents are with out having to open and rumage through it find if
and what they need is inside the container.
A sign out sheet will be placed on a clip board just inside the locker so
that anything going out can be tracked down if need be without the (I think
so and so has it).
