[Steppes] Steppes Artisan

Greetings All,

I had a good chance this past weekend to sit down and really enjoy just 
spending time with people. It was a great back drop to see a number of very 
talented artisans and some particularly nice displays. I was well impressed 
with the work exhibited and happy to see some artisan’s display in order to 
share their work. It was interesting too to see artisan’s step out of the 
box and display something creative and not feel the pressure of having to do 
a full body of work display.

What I really liked was how comfortable everyone was and how the atmosphere 
was one of easy friendship and getting to know new people. There was very 
low pressure and people were so open to just make conversation and enjoy 
their friends. The support from the fighters for an artisan event was 
awesome. Thanks. And thanks for the artisans who set up and talked to 
everyone who came along. You do so much for the group by just sharing your 
talents. And the event staff – you too did and awesome job. Great event!

A good feeling I walked away with is that the Steppes is a very welcoming 
and open Barony. It makes me proud of my home. I was able to watch and talk 
to so many newer members of out populous from the past year and I feel like 
they are fitting right in. We should all be happy with the kind of work we 
are coming together to accomplish and just make sure to keep it up as best 
we can.
