[Steppes] Fwd: Anyone recognize this armor? Heraldic help?

I remember something about someone's garage being burglarized and their 
armor and weapons being stolen; but I don't still have the description. 
Maybe one of our esteemed heralds can id the owner from the blazon on the 
shield.

This made the "suspicious sales" list in Artemesia.
if the doesn't work the item number on www.ebay.com
is 330022522401  .  It appears to be SCA gear that
the wearer does not know how to don, and the seller
does not know how to describe.  If it has not made
it to any pertinent SCA list please pass the
information along.  End date of the sale is
September 3rd.

Seller claims it came from an estate sale. Obvious
he has no idea
what's what, since he refers to the sword with the
basket hilt as "a
stick with a metal ball on the end", and his model
is wearing the
shoulders of the armor incorrectly. Very
suspicious.
