The house next door is available for rent. 
I haven't seen the inside lately, but I do know it was painted inside and out just over a year ago.
It is a three bedroom, two bath home, with a single car garage & a two car drive. It has a very nicely 
landscaped front yard (bushes) and a good sized back yard (flat & open, plenty of room for fighters to swing a stick). 
The owners name is Teri Anderson. Her number is 940/479-0496. I don't know how much she is asking for rent.
