[Steppes] 12th Night Payment issues... Margarite and Elinor

Isn't this event supposed to be on ACCEPS? I just tried to go make our reservations and found it not listed on the Ansteorran ACCEPS link. This a major hassle at this point as my lord hates sending checks. Is it possible to make reservations for two for feast and site and pay at the event, if ACCEPS is not available?
