[Steppes] Need help...

Can someone confirm for me that July's populace will be on the 3rd Friday, the 21st? This would be due to the fact that IF we had populace on the 4th Friday, then business meeting would be on the following Tuesday... and I think we move populace back a week in that case. 

The newsletter is going to print today and I'm just trying to confirm this last fact :)  No more room or time to add any new submissions, however.
