  Please let me know if anyone can go to this demo.  I plan on taking a long lunch to go, and could use some help from folks that are available.  See below for some details.

Hi,

I am so very glad to hear from you! Our Faire is, like you said, on Wednesday, April 5, from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm. Anyone and everyone who is available is welcome to attend. We are really looking for someone to perform a dance and or a short play of some sort, if you have any ideas or volunteers. 
Also, disappointingly enough, metal weapons are not allowed on our campus. However, wooden representations are okay with the campus police as long as they do not have a metal or 'real weapon' sharp edge (pointy edges on wooden weapons are fine). I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that may present. 
If you have any questions or need anything at all, especially for the meeting tonight, please let me know!

I received information that you will be hosting a Medieval Faire on April 5th. I represent the local chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism and would love to present the information at tonight's business meeting. 

Since it is during the week, it might be a challenge to find a good representation of all of our guilds. However I am hoping to get a few folks to demonstrate there.
