[Steppes] Steppes Warlord planning meeting tonight

This is a reminder that tonight is the final planning meeting before
Steppes Warlord next weekend.  Department heads and
marshals-in-charge are expected to attend (or send a representative
to speak on their behalf); all other interested parties are welcome
as well.

Meeting at 7 p.m. tonight (Sunday, 5/21), at our house:

Refreshments are potluck.
