[Steppes] 12th night theme

Good morning all.

When the plans for 12th Night began, the theme was to be Jerusalem during
the first Crusades.  However, after some discussion, it was decided that
Andalusian Spain would be best, because it was a time when people of all
religions co-existed in relative harmony.

As for the informational website for the event, Faelan said he will have one
up within the next two weeks.  I hope this helps.  If you have any other
