No grey area.  You bring a horse, you follow all Equestrian rules and
guidlinees: have equestrian insurance and an EQMIC, a designated space for
horses, and if planning on being ridden, be either authorized to ride at
that level or in the process of authorizing.

This is for any occasion even if it is just for show & tell or A&S.

Please share with all equestrians and A&S officers.  I have cc:ed the
seneschals.
