In the Herald's files that were just passed to me, I found a  
submission by Marcus Flavius Scotti. It has not been submitted to  
kingdom. I called the phone number on the submission, but Marcus no  
longer resides at that number.

Could Marcus Flavius Scotti, or someone who knows him please respond  
privately or put him in contact with me?
