[Steppes] Green Tart Recipe

For those of you who attended Populace and asked, here is the recipe
for the Green Tart I provided.  This recipe is adapted from the
Epulario, a recipt book published anonymously in Italy in 1516.

Green Tart

One unbaked pie shell
1 cup ricotta
1/2 cup farmers, basket or cream cheese (slightly softened)
1/4 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
2 eggs
3 tblsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 1/2 tblsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. marjoram (dried or fresh)
2 tsp. basil (fresh works better, but pesto will do in a pinch)
1 small onion or 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
2 tblsp. melted butter
pinch of saffron, salt and pepper

Puree all ingredients together and fill the pie shell.  Bake at 350
for 35-40 minutes until it's lightly brown and not runny.
