[Steppes] Great News from Gleann Abhann

Greetings good friends in the Steppes!

I have recently returned from my travels to the Coronation of Their Royal
Majesties Havordh and Mary Grace in the lands of Gleann Abhann.

And, I bring news to you of one who lived in your lands.

At evening court Their Royal Majesties did see fit to announce that
Honorable Lady Sarah MacGregor will be inducted to the Order of the Pelican
at a date to be determined.
