[Steppes] More helpful posting hints

Hello again.  This will be a reminder for some and new information to
others, but here goes.

When posting to the list remember that the domain for lists hosted on
ansteorra.org is lists.ansteorra.org.  So, for example, when trying to post
a message tot eh steppes list you would send it to
steppes at lists.ansteorra.org.  

You can send it to steppes at ansteorra.org as this will forward to the correct
address, but there can and often is a delay in the post reaching the list
this way. 

Just another helpful hint from one of your list admins.
